A: Our sparkling water machine is equipped with standard configurations and is compatible with all standard hoses, with universally used dimensions. Therefore, it can be directly connected to the CO2 cylinder via a hose. We recommend purchasing a food-grade CO2 cylinder to ensure water quality. The key is the regulator; you need to make sure the inlet pressure of the CO2 cylinder is between 4.5-5.5 kg (65-80 psi). After connecting the regulator to the CO2 cylinder, you can directly connect it to the sparkling water machine using the 5/16" ball valve hose we provide. If your hose size is not standard, please inform us in advance so we can offer the appropriate solution.

However, please ensure that the pressure remains within the safe range of the device to avoid any potential risks.

To resolve this issue, ensure that both the water flow and pressure are within normal ranges. If the flow and pressure are normal, you can restart the machine, and it should return to normal operation.

A:  1. When we ship the unit, we always include an insulation tube wrapped around the PE pipe.

If it is not installed, and the under-sink temperature is too high while the machine is operating, the water cannot be very cold.

2. We recommend testing with 500ml of water:

If you dispense only a small amount (e.g., 200ml), the water will not be cold enough because the temperature hasn’t fully dropped.

If you dispense too much water at once, it will also not be cold enough.

The optimal amount is about 500ml at a time, which ensures the water reaches a proper chilled temperature.

 

Q12: How to Connect the Filter Tube for 3 way mixer tap？

Steps:
1️⃣ Find the white connector under the faucet—this is the purified water inlet.
2️⃣ Insert the filter outlet tube from your water purification system (RO system or under-sink filter) straight into the white connector.
