FAQ
Q1. The handle of the kitchen faucet is too long and is stuck to the wall. Can it be replaced with a shorter handle?
A: Regarding the issue of the kitchen faucet handle being too long and hitting the wall, this can indeed affect usage. We can replace it with a shorter handle model for you. Please provide your faucet model and relevant information, and we will recommend suitable short-handle options for you.
Q2: What is the installation hole size for the kitchen faucet?
A: The standard installation hole size for the kitchen faucet is 35mm.
Q3: What hose sizes are available, and how do I choose the right one?
A: We offer two hose sizes for selection:
- 3/8 inch with an outer diameter of 16.66mm
- 1/2 inch with an outer diameter of 20.4mm
The hose size refers to the diameter of the connection port. Most customers in Australia and Europe prefer the 1/2 inch size, while in the U.S. and Canada, the 3/8 inch size is more commonly chosen. The appropriate size depends on your specific needs.
Q4: Can an RO system be connected to a Sparkling Water dispenser?
A: Yes, an RO (Reverse Osmosis) system can be connected to a Sparkling Water dispenser. You can use a PE (Polyethylene) tube to directly connect the RO system to the sparkling water machine.
However, there are a few requirements:
The water pressure from the RO system should be between 2-3 kg.
The flow rate should be greater than 1.5 liters per minute.
Ensure these conditions are met to achieve optimal performance.
Q5: What is Watermark certification, and how does it affect product quality?
A: Watermark certification is typically required for bulk imports into countries like Australia. This certification is generally applied at the importation level rather than for individual products. While a single unit cannot be Watermark certified, this does not affect the product's quality.
Our faucets are rigorously tested to ensure their durability and performance. Each faucet has been cycle tested 100,000 times under high water pressure of 125 psi (8.6 bar) to guarantee reliability.
Installation is straightforward, and we provide video instructions and a detailed installation manual to assist you.
Q6: Are there faucets available in different colors and surface finishes?
A: Yes, we offer faucets in a variety of colors and surface finishes. Our options include chrome plating, brushed finishes, gold, and black.
If you don't see the specific finish or color you're interested in on our website, please feel free to contact our customer service for more information. We're happy to assist you with any inquiries and provide additional details.
Q7: How to connect the CO2 cylinder to the sparkling water machine? How to choose the right CO2 cylinder?
A: Our sparkling water machine is equipped with standard configurations and is compatible with all standard hoses, with universally used dimensions. Therefore, it can be directly connected to the CO2 cylinder via a hose. We recommend purchasing a food-grade CO2 cylinder to ensure water quality. The key is the regulator; you need to make sure the inlet pressure of the CO2 cylinder is between 4.5-5.5 kg (65-80 psi). After connecting the regulator to the CO2 cylinder, you can directly connect it to the sparkling water machine using the 5/16" ball valve hose we provide. If your hose size is not standard, please inform us in advance so we can offer the appropriate solution.
Q8: How to Adjust the Carbonation Level of Your Sparkling Water Machine?
A: To adjust the carbonation level of your sparkling water machine, you can do so by modifying the pressure regulator, as shown in the image. It is recommended to set the pressure regulator to about 60 psi to achieve an ideal carbonation effect. If you desire more bubbles or a higher level of carbonation, you can increase the pressure slightly. However, please ensure that the pressure remains within the safe range of the device to avoid any potential risks.
When making adjustments, pay attention to the taste and foam of the sparkling water, and fine-tune according to your personal preference to ensure an optimal drinking experience every time.
Q8: Explanation of the E4 Error on the Sparkling Water Dispenser:
The E4 error is typically caused by insufficient water flow. When the E4 error occurs, the device automatically enters protection mode and stops working. Other possible causes include low water pressure or excessive water withdrawal, which can lead to inadequate water supply and trigger the device’s overheating protection mechanism.
To resolve this issue, ensure that both the water flow and pressure are within normal ranges. If the flow and pressure are normal, you can restart the machine, and it should return to normal operation.
