Refund Policy
Liliumfaucet's faucets undergo thorough testing and certification to ensure that each faucet you receive perfectly complements your kitchen. If it is not suitable, we will assist you in resolving the issue and ensure you can move forward. Upon receiving your return, our quality assurance team will inspect it. Once the inspection is complete, our customer service representatives will process your return refund or assist you in placing an exchange order.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please immediately email service@liliumfaucet.com with clear pictures of the damaged or incorrect product. We will review it within 1 business day, and upon approval, we will send a brand-new replacement. Your shopping experience is important to us.
Return Eligibility Requirements:
- Orders older than 1 month are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Orders are only accepted for return or exchange within 30 days.
- Returns for self-inflicted damage will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs:
We will charge the return shipping cost and any potential customs and other fees. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Return Requirements:
To qualify for a return, the product must be in the condition it was received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Before initiating a return, contact us at service@liliumfaucet.com. We will respond within 1 business day. Once your return is accepted, we will share detailed instructions for the return process. After arranging the return, provide us with the tracking number and your order number.
Upon receiving and confirming that the returned product meets our return conditions, we will initiate the refund process using your original payment method within 1 business day. Please note that it may take up to 2 business days to process all refunds after receiving the return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
